Fees/Insurance
Lori currently accepts BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna (including EAP) , MHN, & Integrated Behavioral Health insurance plans (& may accept others in the near future). Her current fees are as follows:
Initial Assessment: $150 [Includes Substance Abuse Assessments]
The assessment lasts approximately one to one-and-a-half hours and includes time for initial consents for counseling and client information forms to be completed by the client. Diagnostic instruments may be utilized in the assessment to gather additional information. The assessment will conclude with the counselor's clinical impression of the client being presented, along with recommendations. Should an assessment report be requested, there may be an additional fee.
Individual Session: $100
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Family/Couple Session: $115
Family/couple sessions last 50 minutes unless an extended session is requested. Extended sessions will incur an additional fee.
Payment Methods:
Lori accepts cash, check, & major credit cards. A receipt will be given each session.
